Online Estate Auctions have replaced traditional in-home estate sales. Our goal is to help you find a new home for all your items while making the process as painless for you as possible. In traditional estate sales, as much as 50% of the items may remain unsold after the sale, creating a new burden for the homeowner. Our online sales model showcases the best your home has to offer. In most cases, by the end of the sale, you will be left with only a few passed lots or abandoned items (more on that later).

We offer estate inventory and appraisal services. Our appraisers are USPAP certified, and in some cases members of the International Society of Appraisers. We have a vast referral network to utilize in the event we cannot accommodate your specific needs. Our estate sale team also provides free estimates to those that are interested in selling their item(s).
